The moment you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived, and with it a lot of anticipation. That’s right! The new Jurassic Park movie is finally here.

Actually, that’s not it at all, though we do love a good dinosaur sequel. Today is special because we’re rolling out our soon-to-be award winning TRUCHIRO 3T Tip of the Day. Did the title already give it away?

So what does 3T mean?

The 3 T’s consist of toxins, thoughts, and trauma which people are exposed to every single day. They cause nerve interference in the spine which then prevents messages coming from the brain from getting where they need to go in the body. These messages from the brain go to every single cell, tissue, muscle and organ in the entire body with specific messages on how to function properly and stay well. When your body becomes overburdened with one or a combination of all of the 3 T’s, your nervous system simply won’t function as it should and eventually this will lead to illness and disease.

If you’re wondering what this has to do with chiropractic care, the answer is a simple one: Chiropractors are the ONLY Doctors who can remove this nerve interference and adjustments are much more effective if you can reduce the toxins, thoughts, and trauma that lead to deteriorating health.

Toxins

There are more than 75,000 chemicals that are licensed in the U.S., most of which are carcinogenic (cancerous), hormone disrupters, poisonous, or contain other contaminants. These chemicals find their way into our food, hygiene and household products, the environment, and our technology.

The days of being able to completely avoid toxins has long past. Which makes limiting your exposure, and ridding your body of them, the next best choices.

Limiting exposure to toxins is a tough task, as they’re everywhere. Start by reading labels and choosing more natural products and more natural foods. How pure is the water your drinking? Maybe it’s time for a purifier. How clean is your immediate environment? Even a dozen houseplants can make a huge difference in cleaner air quality.

While limiting toxins is difficult, ridding your body of them doesn’t have to be. There are a million detox diets out there, but that’s just the beginning. Deep breathing exercises will help to remove toxins, as will sweating, whether by sauna or exercise. You can also try dry skin brushing, cold therapy, and a little-known algae called chlorella, which is great at removing heavy metals from our bodies.

Thoughts

Too much stress on the sympathetic nervous system is a quick route to illness and disease. And the kind of stress we’re talking about is the kind that’s created inside of you mentally and emotionally.

The connection between emotional stress and physical pain is very real. Negative thoughts and emotions have been known to cause all sorts of problems, from digestive disorders like Crohn’s and IBS, to headaches and even chronic pain.

Lifestyle changes are always a great place to begin, as in simplifying your life, getting better sleep, drinking less alcohol, and creating stronger social connections.

Other powerful stress-relievers include the use of adaptogenic herbs, deep breathing techniques, meditation, practicing mindfulness, exercise, and a little something called EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique.

Trauma

Major traumas like car accidents and falls can obviously have a negative impact on your health. But so can minor traumas that are mostly a byproduct of lifestyle. Staring down at your phone, leaning over your computer, carrying a heavy backpack, or even a few unwanted extra pounds can all lead to physical trauma over time.

In the coming days, weeks, and months, we will be giving you advice to help you reduce or eliminate toxins, negative thoughts and stress, and of course physical pain and trauma. And when you begin to chip away at all of those, you’ll get the most of your chiropractic adjustments. But more importantly, you’ll get the most out of your life.

Let the revolution begin!
