Dr. Clint and Tina Steele

Co-Founders of TRUCHIRO

As Co-Founders of TRUCHIRO, Dr. Clint and Tina Steele are committed to sharing the TRUTH of chiropractic with the masses and helping Doctors transform their practice focus from Pain to the Brain.

17 years of practice, 7000 patient files and the day before Dr. Clint Steele decided to quit he still needed more new patients to pay the bills. Stressed out by constantly looking for new patients he decided to give up on chiropractic never to return again. Three years later he found himself selling Kirby vacuum cleaners to pay the bills and decided to go back into chiropractic.

Completely broke, he started a new practice in a new town but this time he decided to do things his way…by sharing the TRUTH of chiropractic with his community. He opened up in a 700 sq. foot office space, no employees, 100% cash and went from 0 to 500 patient visits a week in just 6 months.

Things got so busy that his wife Tina left her career in higher education to help run the practice, as she has experienced firsthand the benefits of TRUCHIROPRACTIC and is passionate about helping people achieve optimal health. She has her Master’s Degree in Higher Education and took over the marketing of the practice, and worked on building a strong social media presence while educating current practice members and their following on the TRUTH of chiropractic. She has several years of experience and research under her belt on the benefits of chiropractic care in addition to her own health significantly improving as a result of care.

Together, Dr. Clint and Tina developed and implemented a patient education and retention program that helped the practice skyrocket and is the reason Dr. Clint has a PVA of well over 150 and hasn’t been accepting new patients for a couple of years now.

They love working with other chiropractors and helping them and their team implement this proven retention program that will not only grow their practice but transform it into a lifetime wellness based practice and help them retain patients.

Dr. Clint and Tina develop all the content for this retention program that is helping chiropractors increase their retention, referrals and re-activations and establish themselves as the go to chiropractor in their community.

TRUCHIRO offers various programs which includes their totally unique and innovative Automated Patient Retention System that they used to help build their own practice.

They are on a mission to help as many Docs as possible change the focus from pain to brain and save more lives!

Bharon Hoag

Bharon is currently serving the profession as the Executive Director of OneChiropractic. OneChiropractic  is chiropractic’s most disruptive advocacy organization that is driven to challenge the status quo in the profession.

He considers himself chiropractic’s biggest groupie having served in the profession for 23 years. He has  developed a unique “non-doctor” approach through ownership and management of numerous clinics.  As a former consultant specializing in coding, documentation & compliance, Bharon has counseled over  a thousand healthcare facilities and employers, evolving a profound understanding of the professional  environment. His onsite method of consulting gave him the ability to diagnose and develop systems that  most consultants miss. His management and consulting experience coupled with a strong background in  psychology and communications has made him a compelling speaker, addressing many major events  and earning accolades as “the most entertaining but educational speaker in the profession.” Not only  has he become known for his speaking style but also his ability to work with all factions of the profession  to bring unity and clarity of purpose.

He also served as the Executive Director of The Ohio State Chiropractic Association (OSCA) for six years.  This experience enabled him to facilitate a new model of State Association management. In his first year  with the OSCA saw a 26% increase in membership. He developed a hands on approach to member  benefits. Working with the members in their offices and helping them develop long term change and  success. At the conclusion of this time with the OSCA the association saw a significant increase in membership, revenue and influence in the state of Ohio.

Hoag’s venture with OneChiropractic has ignited his passion and purpose. The mission of this organization is to create cultural authority, increase access and increase the value of the adjustment.  Achieving these goals will make Chiropractic the #1 healthcare choice in the world.

Once you begin to understand the true power of the adjustment and its effect on the brain there comes some frustration and confusion on how to start adapting how you communicate with patients. After years of talking about bone on nerve or just basic nervous system impact most struggle to find the right terminology in the clinic. This 45 minute session will help to simplify that task. Taking the complexity of the brain and bring it to the level of your team and patients is essential to creating a brain based practice. You will end this session with simple and practical resources to take back and start using on Monday.

Dr. Michael Longyear DC, DACNB, CCSP

Dr Longyear’s passion for helping others comes from a personal experience. Having gone through a traumatic football injury that left him paralyzed during his sophomore year in high school, he beat the odds and did what the doctors said wasn’t possible. After feeling defeated hearing that he would never walk again, he used their words as fuel to drive his rehab and he walked out of the hospital a month later.

Since that time, he has dedicated himself to helping others defy the odds and never accept their new normal. In his own case, none of his doctors really had a consistent diagnosis. So, he started researching his case. His passion led him to Parker University to study chiropractic, where he graduated valedictorian and continued his studies in Applied Clinical NeuroScience.

Still searching for answers, he continued to study many disciplines: Chiropractic, Neurology, Psychology, Functional Medicine and Energy Medicine, just to name a few. These disciplines have all helped him design his unique brand of health care. Dr. Longyear has a private practice in Jacksonville Florida and is still the clinical director of NeuroLIFE Institute at LIFE University where he specializes in complex neurological conditions that other health care practitioners have given up on. He is also a part of research with concussion and depression. In addition to clinically treating patients and participating in research he has designed and teaches programs for doctors around the world in the cutting-edge field of Applied Clinical Neuroscience and Functional Neurology.
