Your body is not designed to be in a state of fight or flight for long periods of time so when this chemical stress becomes chronic it can cause any number of health issues. Research even shows it can cause brain degeneration. In fact experts agree that over 90% of all chronic disease is caused by chronic stress patterns. These health issues can range from the common cold/flu to cancer and everything in between.
