The best part about being grateful is that you have a choice. You can choose to be grateful …EVERY TIME!
We would like to help. We would like to invite you to our upcoming 14-Day Gratitude Challenge. 14 days to improve your life! 14 days to improve the lives of those in your family. 14 days to help improve the lives of your friends. 14 days to improve our community and our world!
To get started simply follow these steps. Our next challenge starts October 19th.
1) Download the TRUCHIRO app
2) Register (Choose us as your chiropractor when registering). We will send a push notification with the link just a couple of days prior to start.
3) Get started on October 19th by following the directions as we send them out each day.
This challenge will be made up mostly of simply writing in a gratitude journal/notebook/phone 3 reasons you are grateful around the subject of…. ( each day will be a new subject for which you can find things to be grateful). Some days will be easier than others. The point is to find something to be grateful for in multiple areas of your life, even those areas in which you think there is no reason to be grateful. As you do this you will find your attitude around these areas of your life begin to improve.
